After Hours Care
Please follow these guidelines for after-hours care to ensure your safety and well-being. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. For urgent inquiries related to your ongoing care, our providers are available 24/7. Call our office at 706-227-8999, and you’ll be connected to a provider via our call service.
For Emergencies:
Call 911 immediately. Contacting the 911 services is the most direct way to receive urgent care when time is critical.
After-Hours Support:
Our office is open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to handle your needs, such as prescription refills and general concerns. For urgent issues after regular business hours, call (706) 227-8999 to reach our answering service.
Non-Urgent Matters:
Please address non-urgent issues, including routine prescription refills and pain medication requests, during regular office hours to ensure timely care and support. Prescription refills will not be handled after hours, so please plan accordingly. For urgent matters, contact our answering service at 706-227-8999; the on-call provider will return the call as soon as possible.
