Requesting Your Records
To request your medical records from the Women’s Center of Athens, please follow these steps :

Write Your Request:
Include your contact information, date of birth, and the details of the physician’s office where the records should be sent. Indicate whether you will pick up the records yourself or prefer them to be faxed or mailed to you. Don’t forget to sign and date your request.

Submit Your Request:
You can fax or bring your written request directly to our office.

Processing Fee
Please be aware there is a $10 fee for office supplies and labor involved in preparing your records.

Turnaround Time:
Allow 5-7 days for your records to be ready for pickup or delivery.

I had a wonderful experience with Nurse Practitioner Natalie. As someone who tends to get anxious about annual check-ups, she effortlessly put me at ease. I wholeheartedly endorse her services. Additionally, the building itself was impressive, impeccably maintained, and had ample parking space. My waiting time after checking in was minimal, around 15 minutes.
These doctors are the best of the best. They are all so sweet & I feel so confident under their care. I transferred from another practice in the middle of my pregnancy & they kind of got the short end of the stick as I was having complications, but they jumped into action & never left my side. Can not recommend them enough!
